Payment Options
We Know CPR has payment options for our clients:
1) Invoicing: Washington State licensed businesses will be invoiced via email following the class with payment due upon receiving the invoice, unless prior mutual agreement has been made.
2) Accepted Payment Forms:
Business check from a Washington State licensed business.
Cash on the day of the class.
Business Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a 4% finance charge added to the total fee.
We Know CPR, is a licensed Washington state business, we pay appropriate taxes for federal, state, and all local requirements, as such tax will be added to all invoices.
Our W-9 and proof of licensing are available to all clients upon request.
